| an update!
Sorry I haven't been on here in months. I've been really busy with work -- it's already crazy and we're only a month and a half into the legislative season.
Red Sox pitchers and catchers reported today (errr -- yesterday)! It's totally the year.
I've started going to a new church -- one with people at it that aren't all my age. I liked my old pastor quite a bit but I didn't really feel that that church was the right place for me. They're more focused on DC so it was hard to make it to events other than Sunday worship because they were all so far from my office and my house.
My new church has an awesome young adults/singles group. They have evening church on Sunday nights, about 8 different small groups that meet throughout the week, and some other sort of planned event almost every week. I'm looking forward to getting to know a whole bunch of new people.
Maybe I'll have time to update again before June? We shall see.

| so busy lately. big battles in iowa and DC.
i'll try to update at some point!

| The GOP will keep the MT, MO, VA, RI, AZ and TN senate seats (and maybe even PA? I'm not sure about that one, but Santorum's got the mo') and gain MD. The House
won't be lost by nearly the margin the pundits think,
but it will be GOOD that it goes blue. It's mostly RINOs that are going
down, and no one likes them anyway. Plus, the country will regret that
choice rather quickly when the party of "no" screws all sorts of things
up, and the House will go back to red in '08.
